Don Dillon is a Real Estate Instructor with over 35 years of committed service, 15 years of which are with the largest private School of Real Estate in the South Florida area. He teaches all the State required pre, post-licensing courses, and continuing education classes for both Sales Associates and Broker candidates. He is the owner of two real estate schools licensed through the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Dillon is a member of The Florida Realtors, the National Association of Realtors NAR, the Broward, Palm Beaches, St. Lucia Realtors, the Miami Association of Realtors, Greater Tampa Realtors, the Regional MLS of each, and premium member of Loopnet.com, of which each allows Dillon to best serve customers and clients. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. Achieving success in a profession requires patience, dedication, and hard work. Betty L. Kimbrew, who has been in the real estate and banking profession over 30 years, first in Ohio and most recently in Florida, mainly Palm Beach County. Betty became a part time real estate agent when working at a bank in Cleveland Ohio as Vice President, of TransOhio Savings Bank, she later became a Vice President of Peoples Bank and furthermore became the first women Bank President of a newly formed bank called Geauga Savings Bank which she grew from 18 million in assets to 750 million in assets over a 20 year period, all the while maintaining her real estate license selling residential and commercial properties.. Banking experience was very good for her real estate business as she was able to direct clients to many different areas of lending opportunities that fit the buyer’s specific need. Betty is well educated in writing contracts and being able to answer clients’ questions and follows through the deal from beginning to closing the transaction; and if needed, assisting in finding the loan that fits the clients’ needs, whether it be residential, low-income, first-time buyer or commercial, she has done it all. Spiros Mitsis is native New Englander, born in Fall River, Massachusetts who is passionate about helping others. After attaining a bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut, his professional career began at Bank of America Corp in mortgage banking services. In 2006 Spiros transferred with Bank to Florida where he currently resides. During this time, he gained extensive business experience and ultimately created and led a property management company, that is still in operation today. Similarly, Spiros obtained the license to practice real estate in both the private and public sectors of the Sunshine State. I was born in fort Lauderdale Florida in 1985 and moved to Tequesta in 94. I went to school here from elementary to Jupiter High School and graduated in 2003. I almost immediately got into real estate in 2006. I bought my first real estate flip property in 2006 and the journey got started. I got my real estate license in 2010. I am currently buying homes from foreclosure auctions, bank owned homes on MLS along with some off-market deals. I’ve managed rental property but my passion is in flipping homes and creative financing techniques. I got married in 2016 and now my wife and I have 3 happy boys that are also going to school here locally. We still live in Tequesta today. I’m still active mostly as an investor, buying from Port St Lucie to Fort Lauderdale and am starting to get into co-living projects in the Tampa and Orlando areas.
