Donald Dillon
Don Dillon is a Real Estate Instructor with over 35 years of committed service, 15 years of which are with the largest private School of Real Estate in the South Florida area. He teaches all the State required pre, post-licensing courses, and continuing education classes for both Sales Associates and Broker candidates. He is the owner of two real estate schools licensed through the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Dillon is a member of The Florida Realtors, the National Association of Realtors NAR, the Broward, Palm Beaches, St. Lucia Realtors, the Miami Association of Realtors, Greater Tampa Realtors, the Regional MLS of each, and premium member of Loopnet.com, of which each allows Dillon to best serve customers and clients.
Mr. Don Dillon is a proud member of the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF) and a member of the International Business Brokers Association IBBA which adheres to a strict code of ethics. The International Business Brokers Association offers continuing education courses and professional designations keeping Business Brokers current and involved, to the benefit of their clients. (IBBA.org). The BBF is an exclusive organization that carefully selects its members for quality service and knowledge within the Business Brokering profession. The Business Brokers of Florida currently has more members than the International Business Brokers Association and regulates its members to an exacting standard, rules, and code of ethics. Don has consistently won annual awards through the Business Brokers of Florida each year for sales above $1,000,000. He has sold Businesses for $10,000,000. He has been awarded the DEALMAKER AWARD 2014 Top 5 For Dollar Volume of Business DEALMAKER AWARD 2007 Highest Dollar Volume. DEALMAKER AWARD 2008, 2009 Top 5% for completed Business Deals for the State of Florida Top Dollar Producer #1 Award 2010 (Highest Dollar Volume), and annual Millon Dollar Plus award recipient.
His knowledge of contracts and disclosures as well as confidentiality from years of teaching are a real asset in the sales transactions that business owners, real estate buyers and sellers require, which makes the transactions go smoothly.
