The Primary bedroom has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 desks and is currently used as an office, however at tenant request owner will remove the 2 desks in bedroom 3 and replace with a queen size sleeper sofa (see last photo). Short term rental (leases less than 6 months) rate is $4500 a month plus 12% resort tax required by state and county, and includes cost of lawn care and utilities in the rent. Electric is capped at $200 per month, water at $100 per month, gas at $50.00 per month. Short term rental requires a $1000 security deposit, $350 cleaning fee and $500 refundable pet fee per pet if applicable. The short-term rental period must be 30 days minimum.
For long-term rentals (term of 6 months and 1 day) the rental rate is $2750 per month and does not include utilities but does include lawn care. Long term rental upfront fees required are first/last month’s rent/security deposit, each equal to $2750, and nonrefundable pet fee of $500 per pet required if applicable.
Included furnishings may be slightly different than pictured. All measurements are approximate and should be verified by tenants. Owner may request a virtual meeting with any pets, pets allowed are dogs under 60 lbs., max of 2 dogs. No cats allowed. Dogs require a collar, tag and current vaccination records. Home is only partially fenced so dogs must be kept on leash outdoors. No tenants may use the fireplace or hang items/place nails in walls/ceilings due to home’s historic nature. The back part of the home has a separate entrance accessible from outside and is not accessible from inside and may be occasionally used by out-of-state owner. See attached floor plan for layout.
